Within the EU: €20,- (including 21% VAT)

Outside the EU: €40,- (Excluding VAT. No VAT has to be paid)

Delivery times

We strive to send your package as soon as possible. Usually, this can be done within two working days. From then on the delivery time depends on where the package has to be sent to.

Once shipped the shipping time will usually be: Within the EU: usually 1-2 weeks. Outside the EU: usually, 2-4 weeks Once the package has been sent, you will receive a track and trace code in your mailbox which you can use to track your shipment. Please note that these shipping times are estimates. There can always be exceptions in which case it can take longer to deliver your package. This can have different causes such as customs clearance or specific border control procedures in your country. These delays are unfortunately out of our control. In almost every case delayed packages are delivered eventually, usually within 30 days. Countries that we notice that have stricter custom control are Israel, Turkey, and Serbia.

Custom Clearance

If you order from outside the EU, it is possible that you have to pay custom clearance costs in your country. The chance that this happens depends on the country. Please inform the custom clearance in your country what the possible costs will be.

Note that in some cases custom clearance can delay the shipment of your package. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
